Our Caretakers take pride in the presentation of the complex and the common areas. They are on call 24 hours, 7 days a week and reside on-site.
The Committee of Management is elected each year by the members at their AGM and provide professional leadership in all aspects of Village life.

About Strata Living and Rutherglen Residential Club
The State government has produced an excellent publication. Strata Living in Tasmania provides background information to Strata Living in Tasmania.
In Rutherglen Residential Club’s case they have adopted their own By-Laws.
The Body Corporate is resourced from levies paid by all unit owners and from this fund carries out its responsibilities governed by the Strata Titles Act and By-Laws. These include building insurance and maintenance of the common property and gardens. Monthly fees are confirmed annually by the Body Corporate. Current fees are listed on the Fact Sheet
Deferred Management fees are not payable at Rutherglen Residential Club.
